Compensation Structure:

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $50 or higher, commensurate with experience and expertise.
• Revenue Split: We operate on a fair 60/40 split, with 60% going to the contractor and 40% to the owner. This ensures that your hard work is rewarded accordingly.
• Tips: You'll have the opportunity to earn tips from satisfied clients, adding to your income and recognizing your exceptional service.
