We offer myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, pre/post operation treatments and therapies that support the relief of chronic pain
Massage therapy can provide numerous benefits such as reducing stress, relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and promoting relaxation. Many clients also experience reduced pain and improved mobility.
Our standard massage session is 60 minutes, but we also offer 75-minute and 90-minute sessions.
You may undress to your comfort level, but our therapists are trained to drape you with a sheet or towel to maintain your privacy.
